Registration for the Hack the Case strictly closes on February 28th. We recommend registering early as spots may be limited. Follow our Instagram @lunarishacks for the latest updates on important dates.

Lunaris Hacks is open to all types of engineers and engineering students:

• Currently enrolled university or college students in any engineering program
• Recent graduates (within 2 years)
• All engineering disciplines welcome: mechanical, biomedical, computer, civil, electrical, and more
• Participants must be in a team of up to 4 people

Bring:

• Your laptop and chargers
• Water bottle
• Student ID for verification
• Comfortable clothes and any personal items
• Your creativity and enthusiasm!

We'll provide:

• Workspace and power outlets
• WiFi and basic development tools access
• Food and beverages throughout the event

Food: We'll provide meals, snacks, and beverages throughout the event. We'll accommodate dietary restrictions - just let us know during registration.

Accommodation: This is primarily a two days event, but it is not an overnight event.

We're working on exciting prizes for various categories including innovation, impact, and technical excellence. Prize details and distribution information will be announced closer to the event. Winners will be selected by a panel of industry experts and mentors.

Project submissions will include:

• Solution
• Project presentation Slides
• Brief technical documentation/report
• Code repository - Submission on Devpost

Detailed submission guidelines will be provided to participants during the event.

You retain full ownership of your intellectual property and any projects you create during the hack the case. Lunaris Hacks and sponsors do not claim any rights to your work. We only ask for permission to showcase winning projects for promotional purposes.

Registration for Lunaris Hacks is free! If you need to cancel your registration, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. Cancellation policies for any paid workshops or premium tiers will be clearly outlined during registration.

Basic technical requirements:

• Laptop with your preferred development environment
• Access to coding tools and software you're comfortable with
• We'll provide internet access and basic hardware components
